Rajesh co-founded Clint after his discovery of systemic issues in patient care during his work with the Stanford South Asian Translational Heart Initiative, where he observed that major diseases (high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes) were often being treated incorrectly or not at all.

Rajesh is also an Associate Professor of Cardiovascular Medicine and a Preventive Cardiologist at Stanford University. He is a thought leader in digital health innovation, having created Stanford’s first telemedicine specialty clinic, CardioClick, and currently PI of the first fully decentralized cardiovascular clinical trial, DeTAP.

Rajesh holds a BS in Biological Sciences with Honors from Stanford University, and an MD and PhD from the University of Cincinnati. He has been on faculty at Stanford University for 12 years.

Sushant is a technology entrepreneur and has experience as a data scientist, software engineer, and computational biologist. He brings expertise in building, scaling, and managing technology-driven organizations that make data actionable in the ad-tech, e-commerce, and analytics industries.

Previously, Sushant held several executive and key positions at Silicon Valley software companies applying Machine Learning to over a 1BN users in ad-tech and e-commerce users.

Sushant holds a BS in Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences with Honors from UC Berkeley and an MS in Bio-Computation & Computer Science at Stanford.

Brian attended the Georgia Institute of Technology and holds a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering degree.

Jasmine is responsible for overseeing Customer Success and Clinical Operations. Jasmine has a decade of experience in clinical trial operations, supporting both large academic centers like Columbia University Medical Center and Stanford University, as well as sponsor-led initiatives. All her engagements across different sides of clinical research have been focused on innovation and transforming the way clinical research is conducted.

Jasmine led operations at Quantum Leap Healthcare, supporting the scaling of a national research network that ran an adaptive platform model designed to test novel treatments for COVID-19 in severely ill patients hospitalized in the ICU.

Prior to joining Clint, Jasmine served as the Associate Director of Clinical Trial Operations at the Stanford Center for Clinical Research. She was responsible for overseeing research portfolios in Digital Health, Hospital Medicine, Infectious Disease, Cardiovascular Medicine, Team Science initiatives, and initiating research at the TriValley Hospital, affiliated with Stanford.

Glenn has served in the role of Technical Advisor, CTO, and CIO for start-up businesses through mature multi-national corporations in the healthcare, manufacturing, aerospace and defense, retail, financial, marketing and technology industries. He has guided organizations through stable and transformative periods including Optum, 7-Eleven, Bank of America, DHL International, Epsilon Data Management, Hewlett-Packard, Ingersoll-Rand, Textron, and Toyota Motor Corporation.

Currently, Glenn is a Professor at Collin College in the Department of IT and Cybersecurity and is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).

He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of North Texas and a Master of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University – Cox School of Business.
